i place an order for two quarter chickens, peri wedges and two rolls. At about 1:50pm i receive my order but it has NO ROLLS yet there is butter in the packaging the delivery guys says he will go back and fetch the rolls. The distance from where i am to their Nandos is 3.7km to be exact but i had to wait 40min to receive just Rolls and only because i had to call in again and find out whats happening. Now how bad can a service be? Yet we are expected to support these businesses. I am so unhappy esp considering that i paid in full for what?
