Online Order/ Manager Very Rude

I ordered online at Nandos Ushaka Marine and i was told that i will not be recieving my order and they refused to refund me and make it worse their manager hung up on me when i was enquiring about the order and how i should get a refund if Im not getting my deliver. So I dnt have a refund and I do not have food.
