Online and delivering services of bad

Had to wait 2 hours for food and have been trying to call the store but nobody picks up. Don’t think anyone want to still expect food after waiting an hour. Will never ever buy Nando’s again. Do not order from their own online website because you will wait a few hours for your food. Been calling the store for more and an hour and nobody could pick up the call . They open till 9pm but seems like their isn’t any staff available to pick up a phone call
