On the 28th April 2024, I bought their full chicken Meal, with Mozambican Paprika flavour. The food was distasteful, and no well done. I took it upon myself to complain on their Facebook Page privately. And sent them screenschots of my order. The following day I got a call from a manager at Nandos Gezina where I bought the meal. The lady was soo distracted talking to me trying to apologize then she said let me call you back before the end of the day. Even today I am waiting for that call. I texted the Facebook page again and they too promised they will inform the Restaurant that I am still waiting for the call and promised someone will call me back.. 2 weeks later. I am still waiting. Their customer service is soo bad. I am honestly not satisfied I spent a lot of money on my meal to be served something totally disgusting.
