Old food for online ordering

On the 4th June i placed an online order to be ready at 15:30. It was a whole chicken. Vegetables, pull apart bread, chips and salad. Getting into the car after paying R270 for my food i noticed that the bag underneath was really cold but didn't take any notice. Getting home and unpacking the food everything was ice cold. The chips tasted like it was taken out the morning, the pull apart bread was definitely 2 days old and rhw vegetables was not even cooked properly and it was so little that it was not even enough for 1 person. I mailed costumer care and explained what happened, got a reference number but untill today no response.
