NOTSHARP

so yesterday i ordered a chicken platter from Nando's on Florida in morning side Durban, this was done at 5:30 pm, the food took sooooooo long to to get to me, i was so embarrassed cause it was meant to be food for people who came to a work meeting at work, the food came to us at 19:25, and it was cold, they don't even pick your call, called them i think 4 times only to pick up on the 5th call, mind you its not the first time this has happened with NANDO'S, last time i ordered food they were 20min late and i had my boss and our client at that meeting , i am so ****ed with these guys
