Not worth the money -- their food is inconsistently either awful/great

So I ordered from Nando's in Ballito around on 27/06/2021

Firstly the food was delivered more than an hour after I placed the order, there was chicken pieces missing, no salad given after the order was placed to include a salad, the chicken liver containers weren't closed properly causing all the sauce to spill and spoil everything else, I specifically asked for wedges and received stale chips without any salt on it, bleak cold chips. When my friend asked the delivery driver why the food is in such a state he just shrugged and said its the rain... unbelievable! The very first time we ordered with them the food we received was absolutely amazing, so imagine my surprise when ordering from them again and we receive such horrible food! tasteless and bleak. This is completely unacceptable, Nando's is too expensive, at least give me worth for my money!!
