Not what I ordered

I ordered full Chicken from Nandos Florida online with Order number 7193/307221. For queries: ***, on the 16th December the order was a hot chicken but what I got was like the hot sauce had finished, cause it was hot on the first 4pieces but the others where not, I am very disappointed with what I got.
