Not safe!

My sister's bag was ****** inside Nandos Eastgate while she was sitting on the chair, the manager was rude enough to tell us that these things happen, and someone else's bag was also ******, no apology whatsoever. Reported it last week Wednesday and they said they woud call me back and nothing till today.
