Not receiving refund
Did A order but was placed and paid in Witbank safeways I phone the call center to cancel as it was the incorrectly placed then requested a refund and they said I have to go there and show them the bank statement of the purchase I made ... I stay in JHB they want me to drive out my petrol to show them a bank statement....... the order number was 2419/252520 And a amount of R177

01 Jun 2020, 15:17Hi guys I got a call yesterday that they would resolve the problem I told the lady at Nandos to please sms me the email address where I must send my statement and have heard nothing so far this is really pathetic the lady who called dose have my number and I have not recived anything.... that money is running intrest now so long I have been waiting ....
