Not Happy With Nandos

I'm highly disappointed with Nandos Corlett Drive Birnam in Johannesburg. I always order from them and my orders are sent quickly with no issues and all items fresh and hot. I always order directly from their app. Last night I ordered agsin from their app and no order arrived at the given time. I called them and they had no idea of my order so took down my number. They then called me back to tell me the order is on the way. This is an hour past said delivery time. Another 30 mins later my phone rang and the driver told me he was lost and confirmed my address. They had given him the wrong address so he had driven around for ages looking for me and in turn my order got all squashed under all the other orders. When I took the order, everything was squashed and open and there were chicken livers all over the packet and sauce all over everything too. Then I was given a 500ml buddy bottle of Coke zero when I ordered a 1.5 Litre. The driver felt so bad and couldn't stop apologizing. It was not at all he's fault and due to being so worked up, I completely forgot to tip him. I then called Nandos back to make them aware of what happened and they apologies and said they had sent a small colddrink in error. They promised to send me a new Chicken livers and 1.5L Coke Zero today which I am still waiting for. Really not a happy customer 🤬
