Not happy-give me extra sauce

I ordered food extra sauce at the Maponya Mall Nando’s and There wasn’t any sauce at all. Not even the sauce you’d expect without the special request. I must say I’m was disappointed as to how they tagged my order as a special request but did not deliver!
