not happy

I have been supporting Nando's Southgate first time they gave us dry meat and next day when we went to buy I told the that the meat is was dry yesterday, they put sauce as we instructed them that we need extra sauce.

Yesterday we bought 4 quarter chicken and chips and instructed them it should be extra sauce.

No sure how your shop operate but I'm not happy at all as this is not the first time
