Not happy

So we ordered food at 20:30am we paid and waited at the window for a good 10min. Thereafter we were told wait on the other side. Apparently the chicken was still in the oven after 20min it was now.o the grill. It was never explained to us when we ordered that the chicken will take 30min to get ready.. we had to wait so long for a.15min order
