not hair, hair piece

I'm a seven month pregnant women,had the worst experience at Nandos Jabulani mall, 1st- i had to wait for my food for more than 30 minutes 2nd- when they brought the food it was not everything i ordered, was told they will bring the rest and then i was told they don't have cutlery it's dirty they'll get me one as soon as their washed,waited for another 10 min,people seated close to me got their food with cutlery .i called the waiter asked for cutlery she told me she will bring it,waited another 5 min without cutlery my friend even finished her meal whilst i haven't touched mine.stood up asked for the manager and told him about my short order and cutlery,instead of sorting out my problem he asks me if my order is the one that's on the warming stand,i asked why is it there and not brought to me .waited till i accompanied the waitress to my table with my order. 3rd-not even 3 bites into my burger,i find hair in it,i call the waitress to come see what i just found ,she kept on saying she is coming ,she is coming****erally ignored me),stood up with my plates went to the manager he looked at the hair strand and told me none of the people working at the kitchen had hair,i asked him okay what is this?he held it with his hand and tore it in half and told me it's not hair,hair does not break it's hair piece,then he just left me there with his staff and went to the back. i will never forget just a horrifying experience,went out of the without no apology,refund or anything from the restaurant,it was just a waste of my hard earned money. This goes out to Sherry the Nandos Jabulani manager,you and your staff totally ruined my day and almost made me puke.
