Not consistent and Non-Caring/Rude managers
Every Sunday, at lunch time, you will find me at the Nando's at N1 City mall. this is my family ritual to have lunch every Sunday at nando's
I do not go to any other branch for various reasons but N1 city 2nd Best nando's in the Western Cape, ( George on is the BEST! ).
So every sunday my order is the same, 3 Quarter meals, 2 legs Lemon and Herb and 1 Breast with Tangy Tomato. ALL TO HAVE EXTRA SAUCE ON!!!! now, i have images i took of what EXTRA SAUCE looks like. This is what i got WITHOUT sending my waiter back to put on. So naturally, this is what i expect.
Each time i go for my lunch ritual, I have to fight with the Waiters/Managers and show them these pics i took. each time they say, "WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO". so why give it to me in the first place??
I chose no longer to argue and offered to pay R10 XTRA Per Meal (R30) , to have XTRA SAUCE!!!!!. The store said, " No sir, we do not charge for Extra Sauce". Lol...
Im honestly no longer looking forward to Going this Coming Sunday for lunch. Cause im going to have to accept my chicken dry with what they deem Xtra sauce.
I feel you either need to start Charging for Xtra sauce or stop trying to be Cool and say "We give you xtra sauce for free and dont charge"
I as a customer comes for the taste experience you offer in store. Im Willing to pay for what i want but its tough when you refuse to give me what i want. (i do not want everything for free)
Give me a Solution before i Go dining this Sunday. Otherwise, you lose a Very loyal, (Maybe insignificant R200 Bill to you), customer.
There's more to Nando's than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that's a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
