not a happy customer

Terrible service at Nandos Malibongwe Drive Nando, waited for over 30 mins for our order to arrive. Eventually we decided to have a seat at the tables, while we wait for our take away order. While still waiting inside the store for our order, a man came out of nowhere and snatched my phone from the table. And ran outside into a car that had been waiting for him by the doorstep and sped off into the main road. When we tried to find the security, we were told he was at the toilet and he eventually resurfaced minutes later. I am saddened at the fact that I love Nandos so much and always frequent the Nandos at Canterbury Crossing. And now, I will never be buying any food from Nandos ever again. Due to this horrible experience and the fact that they were not willing to assist me in anyway possible. As stood there screaming my lungs out for someone to grab that ****** or help me in any way possible. They just continued working, it was business as usual. Not even a manager came to apologise or explain how they will be assisting or co-operating with the police in this matter :-(
