Not a happy customer

Yesterday night we had load shedding were l stay and we were Hungary, the first thing that we thought of was Nando’s, The Eldoradopark franchise.. around 19:20 l placed an order through calling them and they assured me that it will be delivered within 45 minutes, and we waited and waited.. when l tried calling them to find out what the problem was they told me the food is coming, around 20:50 they tell me that the drivers have knocked and soppy story about how they could t deliver our order...
