Non-do's
Last night I went to the Ruimsig branch. I ordered my meal. Very small order in comparison. While waiting for my order, other people kept receiving their order. When the 9th order after mine got their meal, I went to enquire. The lady took my ticket and carried on filling other orders. I thought perhaps one of them are mine. After 15mins, still no order. I went to enquire....again....she just shrugged & said she didn't knw where my order was. I told her I have heard similar orders & people get them. She just walked away. So I asked her for my money back (I have been waiting for over an hour at this point). She just handed me back the cash & carried on with her work. No apology. Nothing.
Today, still craving Nandos, I decided to order for delivery at 12:30 from Fordsburg. It is now 14:15. My order still not arrived. I called to ask what was happening, they tell me that my order has been ready, they are just waiting for someone to pick it up. I told them to cancel, she just said "ok" & hung up.
I don't know what's happening at Nandos but your service is declining rapidly. From getting orders wrong to now this?? 2 days in a row?? I have heard family & friends tell me to stay away, now I am happy to join that group and stay away.
