Nobuhle and Colleague/worst food ever, not worth the money, bad attitude

I ordered food online (MrD) from work and they brought me very burnt meat with dry chips.. i called the store to complain they said to me their burnt meat means the meat is well done. They said i should come collect the food and i refused since i ordered online for convenience in the first place then i was told to wait until they have a driver available which took them another hour. My friend ate the food because she couldn’t wait any longer but i still kept mine. The driver arrived and they told the driver to bring the food that was delivered first and when I told them my friend ate the food but wasn’t satisfied they told the driver to not deliver anymore Nobuhle was the lady assisting us with her boos in the back ground who said we are very silly for complaining and not waiting. Nobuhle with her attitude said i should find another way to complain or better yet go complain at MrD then that was it they put the phone down and told the driver not to give me the second delivery. I was told that I didn’t order from them so I should go to MrD with my complaint. We paid R100 each for this nonsense. Order no: DFD***
