No service
I cant even give them a 1 star as I got NO service at all. Nandos have a website and make BIG PROMISES on their services and meals only to throw customers away. I ordered Nandos online for delivery at Nandos Reservoir Hills at 17:45 for dinner for my family and get an oh so nice message that my order has been take under their wing and gave me an estimated time of delivery of 18:45 (an hour is bit ridiculous for starters)....19:00 arrives and NOTHING but a hungry family. My husband decided to call and find out where is our order is only to find out that NO ORDER was received and was told "let me speak to my manager" and to my disgust with no consideration overheard the manager saying "we closed"...I have never been a fan of nandos and the lack of service I received made me realise how pathetic Nandos is as I will NEVER order there again. You haven't lost one customer, you've lost a family of customers as I will not recommend yous to anyone EVER
