No sense of accountability and ownership

Their service is beyond horrible and they lack accountability. They gave me the wrong order but couldn’t care less and this after making me wait for over 30mins.

The manager Tsholo has zero accountability, it took an escalation to their customer care and the intervention of another manager by the name of Tshepo to get the matter resolved.

Honestly this kind of service is just really disappointing.
