No sauce Nando's Waterfall
Order was placed yesterday (1241) around 19:35 for full portion livers at Nando's Waterfall. I was shocked when I got home to find the livers were dry with no sauce (I did take a picture). How do you expect someone to eat dry livers with garlic rolls. This is so wrong and totally unacceptable

Placed order at 16:31 no.949, my livers again didn't have sauce and additionally I ordered a burger and quarter chicken whereby I asked for extra sauce. I asked again the guy at collection if my instructions were followed and he said yes. BUT surprise surprise, no sauce and extra sauce!!! What's the problem!!! This is bad customer service and its frustrating. Can this be done right!!! Nando's Kyalami Corner always delivers and follows customer instructions. This is ridiculous! I pay for my order to be as requested. I end up eating my meal very upset and unhappy at home. The food becomes tasteless... imagine eating dry black livers with no sauce.
