No response ignored

Lodged a complaint was given a reference number, 4 days passed no response from them, money wasted, listening skills are bad, the thing no respect shown my order didn't even take mins to prepare, I order quarter leg hot mild, they saying I never specify pieces yet I received both breast piece I WANT MY MONEY BACK THIS IS 2ND TIME I'VE BEEN TREATED THIS WAY, OTHER BRANCHES ARE NOT AS BAD AS EASTGATE, THEY USELESS AND IM A CHEFS DAUGHTER,
