NO RESPONSE FRM NANDOS GOLD REEF CITY CASINO AFTER BAD SERVICE REVIEW

On the 25th May 2024 made a review of BAD SERVICE RECEIVED @ NANDOS GOLD REEF CITY . To date no response nor apology from them , I even sent an email to Nandos customer care all invain. That goes to show that they don't care how their customers get treated by their untrained staff . I really wonder if it's because I'm black or it's because they don't give a s* ht. With the kind of economy we have , I thought they would treasure their customers as we the one who keeps them in operation and puts food on their table ,but oh well not NANDOS GOLD REEF CASINO. MY UNHAPPINESS TOWARDS HORRIBLE SERVICE RECEIVED MATTERS NOT TO THEM. I will definitely take my money where I matter . I wish I could rate them 0....they don't even deserve my 1star.😔
