NO RESPECT- BAD SERVICE
I ordered a meal for delivery- <br> 1. Delivery took almost an hour-Bad service when they said 35-40 minutes max with only 2 drivers.<br> 2. The order was thrown all over the bike caddy- whoever packed it did not do a good job, my order was spilled all over the other items & packet torn/broken.<br> 3. The order was short of an item-Driver said he will go fetch it- this wastes my time & while waiting for him the rest of my food gets cold.<br> 4. I call Nando's to speak to the manager & tell him what happens- he says he will replace the leaked food & apologized for the mistake with no respect to me. I told him this type of service is not good for a branded food chain restaurant to which he has no excuse. <br> 5. Manager says the driver should be back with the rest of order in half an hour (restaurant is literally 5 minutes from my place), but the driver comes back 45 minutes later.<br> 6. After the driver leaves 10 minutes later I get a call from the manager- he says I want to be rich & am being rude to Nando's. I said to him if he has a problem he should let his head office contact me, to which he replies rudely & cuts the call.<br> Very UNHAPPY with this type of managerial position & service from NANDO'S.
