No refund from Centurion Nandos next to McDonalds
My wife and I ordered a meal from Nandos in centurion and when the meal came the swiping machine had a problem and as a result we ended paying twice the order amount of R109. Even when the delivery guy was shown that the amount swiped is reflecting on the SMS he responded with attitude to say that is not his problem. We since went to Nandos in Centurion next to McDonalds to request a refund of the R109, we are being sent from pillar to post. It has now been 2 weeks that we are waiting for the refund. The first time we were promised by Vusi that he would call us and give us the refund but nothing happened, we went again and met Rudzani who also promised to resolve the problem and yet again no refund, we have visited Nandos 4 times already.
I paid a delivery guy R25 to deliver my meal, I want to know who is going to pay my petrol for going to Nandos everytime to meet managers who do not seem willing to refund me R109. The last time I visited the shop we were told to bring a bank statement, which I did bring need I mention that the statement is not free, who is paying for that? A transaction that was supposed to cost me R109 is now amounting to well over R300.
