No picture no assistance with my complain.

Im being told no picture no assistance. Unfortunately there no proof that yhey didnt add a special request and my husband was suppose to check the meal. So basically im lying. I don't appreciate the insult. I dont want no regional manager to call me and tell what the store manager has already told me. I want my money back if they are not capable of a decent meal they charge for.
