No one at the drive through again
I'm not sure what is happening at the Milnerton branch. It is the second time that i get completely ignored at the drive through. The first time I sat and waited for +-5min then i lightly hooted, waited another 3 min then hooted loudly. A guy cam to the window looked at me and walked away without saying a word. I waited again thinking he went to call someone but no-one ever came so I drove away. Today however i had to drive to the second window. Waited for a car to finish then pulled up to the window but the person left. I waited for about 5min again and could see people working inside. i hooted and the guys didnt even look up. A few minutes later I hooted again and the guy (looked like he was a manager) looked up a rudely threw up his hand to say just wait and continued walking around inside. I drove away. If they are under staffed then i understand and i am happy to wait for good food but they dont put a sign up, dont acknowledge you, dont ask you to wait and simply ignore you. I will do extra effort to avoid ever buying from them again and would rather go to Woolworths to buy my roast chicken. Really disgusted with the service.
There's more to Nando's than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that's a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
