No no Nandos

We ordered 2 pine burgers and 2 sides of chips telephonically on Saturday 11 Jan at 6.30pm. We were told to collect in 20 minutes. When we arrived the place was in total chaos, there were dozens of people milling around,it sounded like a shebeen with people yelling and shouting. Couldnt find a manager,the staff were totally overwhelmed and 1 lady who was seated at a table had been waiting over an hour for her food.We could see into the kitchen it didn’t look very hygienic,we left. Place smelt of urine too. It was disgusting ,i will NEVER order or eat Nandos again. Pity,it used to be good,what happened?
