No more Nandos...pathetic service
Visited Nandos on 02 April 2016 at 6pm. Purchased burger meal, spicy rice, strips and 2 coldrinks. During the meal, I also ordered perinaise dip and an additional cokdrink. Total R119.90. The 2nd cokdrink and perinaise never arrived. Called waiter, she never came back then approached manager who decided to insult us and send it when the meal was over!. Went to the manager again and this time she decides to take the skip to query and offered to apology. Should have gone to KFC, Spur or MacDonald's in the same mall instead yet I always enjoy Nandos. I'm prepared to dump Nandos although my favourite and this is based on in-efficient, sub-standard and pathetic customer care. Nandos makes us think that they are doing us (customers) a free favour, when it's us customers that keep them in business. Not impressed and not sure if I will be taking my family back.<br> <br> <br> <br>
