No More Nando’s For Me!!! Poor poor customer service!!!!

I support Nando’s every week; but my last experience was the last straw for me!!! I went to Nando’s Drive Thru next to Kyalami Corner on Saturday to order my usual. Generally the people who take my order at the drive thru are quite polite. But as for the ones at the collections window!!! They are the reason I will never again support Nando’s. They are rude, and have no idea what customer service is! Why should I continue to spend lots of money at a place where they openly disrespect me. And it was not the first time, it’s just that the last time was the last straw for me. I complained on Saturday on the “TalkToNandos” portal, but guess what, no one ever bothered to contact me regarding my poor experiences at Nando’s! No more Nando’s for me!!! Chicken Licken from now on! They treat me way better there!!!
