No grill Nandos chicken

Nando's Mall@55, order number 577 on the 24th. Worst service, waited for long for my order. Got home and was disappointed with the meal. I ordered hot but it looks like they just grabbed the chicken and pored sauce without it hitting the grill just because they were taking too long. People that came before were being served while I waited.
