No food delivery and no one to talk to!

I placed an order for a simple lunch an hour and a half ago. It said the order will be ready and delivered in 50 mins. I am still waiting for my order! So I try to call them, but every time I call and press the button to follow up on existing order, it puts the phone down automatically!? No food delivery and no one to talk to!
