No feedback from customer care

Good day,

I trust that you are well.

Can someone please assist me. I’ve logged a complaint online and through the call centre customer care line but no one has reverted to me as promised.

On the 23/04/2022, I bought 10 winglets at Nandos sand ridge square, the wings were burnt and tasted like char. I logged a call because the store was already closed by the time I got to eat. No one came back to me.

On the 25/04/2022, we bought wings from Nandos parktown and the wings were barely cooked.

On the 30/04/2022, we bought pap on the side, the pap had no gravy and was barely cooked.

Can someone please contact me to address the above. Please see pictures.
