No extra Sauce on more than one occasion

This is the 2nd time I buy from Nando’s columbine Square and they don’t put extra sauce on my chicken. I asked the lady who was assisting before paying if she put in my request for extra sauce and she said she did. I got home there was nothing. This is so disappointing
