No effort in providing good quality product

Ordered an Original Bougee Bowl. Returned it twice. First time, it was cold with peppers that were straight from the fridge. The sauce was wrong. Second time, cold bowl with wrong flavour sauce. 3rd time, no cutlery.

In total, 76 minutes of my evening wasted.
