No delivery/Poor service

<p>I ordered from Nandos Branbury Crossing via telephone for delivery. They had informed me that the delivery would take up to 45 minutes which was fine, but when an hour and a half passed i called again to check what was the hold up and the man on the phone said it was not ready yet and that they had forgotten about the order. He stated it would be on its way as soon as possible but after waiting another 45 minutes i was furious and told them to cancel the order while i drove to Malibingwe Nandos to collect the new order i had placed. This is completely unacceptable and it has left me furious about the disregard for thier customers. I will never return to this Nandos ever again even though it is just around the corner from my house.</p>
