NO DELIVERY !!!

I placed a delivery order around 5PM today, I requested the order to be delivered around 7H30 PM , well I haven't received anything yet, I called the customer care and they also don't get through to the store. And the worst part is that I paid for my order already ! I will never ever order from that pathetic store again !!!
