NO CUSTOMER SERVICE & FLY INFESTED ENVIRONMENT
I LOVE NANDOS, SO MY HUSBAND & I STOPPED BY THE FRANCOIS ROAD BRANCH ON FRIDAY 11/03 TO HAVE LUNCH. THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. ORDER WAS PLACED, GOT TO OUR TABLE AND WAITED 30 MINS FOR THE FOOD TO ARRIVE. THEN WHEN IT FINALLY GETS TO US, MY HUSBAND'S ORDER WAS ONLY HALF DELIVERED. WHEN I QUERIED THIS, THE MANAGER SAYS THAT THEY ARE BUSY AND WE WILL RECEIVE THE OTHER HALF OF THE MEAL SHORTLY. IT TOOK ANOTHER 10MINS. IN ADDITION TO THE BAD SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE ATTITUDE FROM THE STAFF, THERE WERE FLIES AL***** THE PLACE. WE COULDN'T EVEN EAT IN PEACE. THERE WERE NO SIGNS OF A FLY CATCHER ANYWHERE AND NO ONE SEEMED TO CARE THAT THE FLIES TROUBLED THE PATRONS. I COULD NOT BELIEVE THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM A BRANCH OF MY FAVORITE RESTAURANT AND TO TOP THAT WE CALLED THE NANDO'S HEAD OFFICE AND WAS TOLD THAT A CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER WILL CALL US BACK. TO THIS VERY MOMENT, NO ONE HAS RETURNED THE CALL. I AM VERY DISSATISFIED AT THE SERVICE FROM THE ACTUAL RESTAURANT & THE HEAD OFFICE AS WELL. I PROBABLY WONT BE EATING AT A NANDOS AGAIN FOR A VERY LONG TIME!!
