No coffee for a week at Nando's Suncoast

We are at the Nando's Suncoast Durban. Once again they have no coffee. Apparently their machine has been broken a week. The cashier also says they have no hot chocolate, tea or coffee. Not even hot water. Poor services. Second time we have been disappointed with Nando's Suncoast.
