No chicken at Nandos

Went to Nandos Kolonnade on a Saturday afternoon and they didn't have chicken. Their specialty is chicken yet there was none. They said is will take 15 minutes yet 59 minutes later the chicken was still not ready. Had to ask for my money back. This is awful
