No Chicken at Nando's ???

Today at about 12H00 I went to Nando's, Mega City, Mahikeng. When I tried to order a quarter chicken with chips and a garlic bun I was told that they do not have chicken pieces available, but they have wraps and hot pots. This is the second time at the same establishment in about 2 months that this has happened previously it was about the same time (Lunchtime) Now my understanding is that during the lunch time and also dinner a restaurant should be the busiest time of the day. Is this bad planning or purely somebody not knowing how to run a business.? Next time I will take my business somewhere else like I did today. My pasta from Panarottis was well received and way more expensive than planned for. :(
