Nightmare drive-thru

Drive-thru at Northmead Nando's is extremely slow. The slowest drive-thru. I have ever been to. You'll wait as long as 20-30min with no explanation or apology. This is not even on certain days or time, ITS ALWAYS LIKE THIS, EVEN WHEN THERE ARE ONLY JUST 4 CARS.
