New Market Alberton Disappointment

I went to buy a Nandos chicken meal for my Fiance and I today at Alberton New Market Square. This is a drive thru which has been recently renovated. The building has been renovated but your staff are not.

My purchase was at 16.29pm.

You have a lady taking orders at drive thru who can hardly greet and she is absolutely miserable.

As I got to the 2nd window, there was a gentleman named Prince. I asked for the Manager and he said he was.

Nandos I have been to this branch on numerous occasions at this particular branch service is really poor.

Furthermore I get home only to find, that I asked for extra sauce and there is none. We are basically eating dry chicken.

I need you guys to redeem my situation. This is not the first time we have complained. Other branches no issues, but this particular one needs a new set of people with a better attitude.
