New Look, New Arrogant/Disgusting attitudes

Went to Nando's Athlone on Belgravia road on Saturday 27/08/2022. My wife ordered Online and we went to go collect the food.

When i walked to the Till to pay, the teller took payment and advised me the order is not done yet and i need to wait as it was a takeaway order.

I proceeded to sit and Wait. 45min Later, 1 of the ladies walks up to me with a small Order and tells me "Sorry for the wait. here is your order".. 2 boxes of hotPots.

asked the lady if that is order 639 and she said yes. Then i told her it definitly is not. when she took my receipt, she walked BEHIND THE TELLER to fetch my order out of a Warmer.

So turns out, The already completed my order, And instead of CALLING OUT the number, they went and put it in a warmer.

I was so angry that i told the lady she made me wait here for 45min for nothing. and when i asked Why they did not call out the number? they could not answer

Its cause they want to stand around and talk *** to each other and Skinner about the colored employee who just walked into work late.

only 1 Employee apologized and she was not even involved while those involved couldn't care les.

the chips was disgusting which i went and asked to be replaced. I should have had the entire meal replaced and re-made since that Warmer that was used does not seem to work. I was forced to Re-warm the food in the Microwave which made it taste so ****.

the Extra sauce even soaked through the packet or the packet was broken that they put the chicken 1/4 in, so all the Sauce ran out and it was a very messy experience.

gave it all to the dog to enjoy.

Extremely disappointed. We Had Chicken tikka instead
