New BAD service at Nandos at Jean Ave

Second time we are supporting new nandos. First time almost took 1/2 hour for burger and salad, not during peak time. Brushed bad service off due to being newly opened. This time lady at order station was rude, could not understand plain English when we requested wings.. Answered us with: ''we don't have wings?' when we asked is they are out of stock, she did not understand the terminology?, not with answer like no sorry sir we are out of stock or we run out of wings on a Saturday afternoon at 17:45... Which is also a sign of bad management we think! Order no 62 for the day. Repeated order twice at order and pay station correct, at collection station after receiving order, order was repeated but one time roll was not included.... If we hadnt listened we would have paid for something and not getting same ? Bad service or '*****'?
