Never take customers instructions

I bought quater chicken lemon n herb n asked them to burn with sauce n stressed dat after burning with sauce they must not add sauce again,they burned with sauce n added sauce again ,so now grilling it at home spoiling my Xmas day n its not da first time whenever i buy from this Nandos they dont take or honour customers instructions

Beware as im burning it in oven at home taste will never be the same,i will never buy from this branch for peace
