Nanods Long street

I'm a loyal customer of Nando's since I can remember, I work opposite Nando's in long street and I have to say the quality is dropping so fast I try to stay away or always have to think twice about going to Nando's. The Quarter breast piece shrunk by at least 40% on top of that whenever I place my order they always messing my order up lately where I have to send the waiter back 2 or 3 times then the waiter wants to get frustrated and irate with me, Absolutely no customer service skills at all. The Nando's I've been going to all the years since they opened is platter Kloof Nando's, now this Nando's gives you the best service without fail funny enough these 2 Nando's are owned by the same person. I was at Long street branch on Friday and they *****ed with my order and i waited for almost my entire lunch break of 35 minutes then had to eat in 5 minutes, Also please educate the staff that if multiple people orders and sits together at the same table they should bring everyone's food together and not 1 by 1 it defeats the purpose of going for lunch/supper together. I have the necessary picture of the tiny breast and i have my slip number if needed
