Nandos...Not what it use to be

I had laid a complaint about the Nando's in Florida road however i received a call from the manager apologizing and stating that the next time i come they will give me the missing items.

BASICALLY I WHEN I COME THERE I WILL BE GIVEN THE BUTTER AND SAUCE

I then noted on your hellopeter website that store managers who have the problem should not be resolving the complaints but instead your area /ops managers.

However the call still got closed .. The customer agent should not have closed it if i was still not satisfied by the way the complaint was handled.

I am not happy with this experience as you guys had once chance to redeem yourself but failed
